Below you’ll find important information about shipping timelines, costs, and delivery expectations.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada.
We may expand to additional regions in the future.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods such as product launches, presales, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
We always aim to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Presale Orders
For presale items, estimated shipping timelines will be indicated on the product page.
If your order includes both presale and in-stock items, the entire order will generally ship together once all items are available.
Presale orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.

Shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been shipped, typical delivery times are:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, remote locations, or peak seasons.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, FieldFinders cannot guarantee delivery or replacement.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside of FieldFinders’ direct control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at info@fieldfinders.ca and we will do our best to assist with carrier inquiries.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery.
There will be no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
