Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received them

In their original packaging

With all included components (including unused sticker sheets, clips, or accessories)

Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, water bottles and neck gaiters that have been used, washed, or modified (including stickers applied) are not eligible for return.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return address details and instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@fieldfinders.ca so we can make it right.
In these cases, FieldFinders will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Products showing signs of use or wear

Items that have been washed, altered, or customized

Clearance or Final Sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.
Presale Orders
Presale orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment.
Once a presale order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
